Ingredients
- Sirloin steak, 1 1/2 inches thick
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup thin cream
Instructions
- Marinate steak in olive oil seasoned with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce for two or three hours. Sear meat on both sides. Broil. Cook mushrooms in butter, season with salt and pepper, and add cream. Put steak on platter, cover with mushrooms, and garnish with toast points.
