Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Cover with layer of crumbs and dot with bits of butter. Repeat until all the ingredients are used, having crumbs on top. Bake in a moderate oven until crumbs are browned, in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with Hard Sauce (see page 163).
