Pink Potato Scallop

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 1/2 cups cold diced potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups tomato soup or pulp
Instructions
- Parboil onions fifteen minutes, put with potatoes in layers in a baking dish. Poor soup over potatoes and onions. If tomato pulp is used season with salt, pepper, and celery salt as for soup. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
