Scalloped Potatoes

- Raw potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper
- Butter
- Bacon
- Milk
Instructions
- Cover the bottom of a baking dish with a layer of raw potatoes peeled, and thinly sliced. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper and then dot with butter. Continue alternating the potatoes with the seasoning, and on top of the last layer of the vegetable place thin slices of bacon. Pour milk into the dish until the potatoes are almost covered. Bake in the oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees, until the potatoes are done, and the bacon delicately crisp and browned.
