Mock Macaroon Pudding

Ingredients

• 1 egg white
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 2 cups corn flakes
• 1/3 cup cocoanut (shredded)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• Pinch salt

Instructions

1. 1Beat egg white stiff and combine all ingredients. Spread in a thin sheet on a greased baking pan. Bake slowly until brown and crisp in the oven for 25 minutes at 300 degrees. Let cool in pan. Pile lightly in serving dishes. Serve with cream, or date or prune sauce. Servings, 4.
