Maple Nut Mold

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with cold water
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup walnut meats
Instructions
- Add sugar and cornstarch to hot water. Cook in double boiler fifteen minutes. Fold in beaten egg white, salt, and vanilla. Add nuts and put away in molds to chill. Servings, 4.
