Lamb Pie

Ingredients

• 1 cup sliced onion
• 2 cups lamb stock
• 2 cups cooked lamb cut in cubes
• 1/4 cup pimiento catsup, or
• 1/4 cup diced red or green pepper
• Salt, pepper
• 1 1/2 cups sliced potato

Instructions

1. 1Cook onion ten minutes in lamb stock, and add cold roast lamb, cut in cubes, seasonings, and potatoes. Cook ten minutes longer. Pour into a baking dish, cover with the crust and bake in a moderately hot oven. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 360 degrees.
