Crust For Lamb Pie
Ingredients
- 1 cup cold boiled rice
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Mix rice and milk until smooth, add beaten egg yolks, sifted dry ingredients, and melted butter. Beat hard, and fold in stiffly beaten whites.
