Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Instructions
- Cream butter, add gradually sugar, egg yolks well beaten, milk, flour mixed with baking powder, and egg whites beaten stiff. Bake in a thin sheet in a moderately hot oven for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Shape with small cutter and put together with Hazel Nut Filling. (see page 200.)
