Casserole of Veal

Ingredients

• 1 pound veal
• 1/2 pound salt pork
• 6 medium sized potatoes
• 2 onions

Instructions

1. 1Chop veal and salt pork. Mix and sear. Arrange in layers, with the potato and onion in a casserole dish. Cover with water and bake in a moderate oven in the oven for 3 hours at 300 degrees.
