There should be three cups. Soak the gelatine in the cold water, dissolve in the hot mixture, add remaining ingredients, and mold in any desired form. Mold with it a few peas, small pieces of green pepper and crisp celery, and one-half-inch lengths of string beans. Garnish with crisp shredded cabbage and balls of yellow cheese. Serve with French dressing. Servings, 6.
