Tuna Fish Loaf

Ingredients
- 1 pound can tuna
- 2 eggs, or whites of 4
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Speck cayenne
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together well. Pack in a bread tin and bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 300 degrees.
- Turn out on a platter and serve with white sauce to which chopped parsley has been added.
