Stuffed Onions No. 2

Ingredients
- 6 onions
- Sausage meat
- 1/2 cup minced celery
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 2 cups white sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons flour
Instructions
- Choose onions of uniform size. Remove skins and parboil ten minutes. Remove centre, and fill with a mixture of sausage meat, minced celery, and onion. Pour white sauce over the stuffed onions, sprinkle with salt and flour. Bake in a moderate oven. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
