Strawberry Filling

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup mashed strained strawberries

Instructions

1. 1Cream butter and sugar. When light stir in strawberries, mashed and passed through coarse sieve. Whip well and stand on ice half an hour. Use filling generously and serve at once.
