Cool slightly and add sugar, mashed potato, and sour milk. Mix and sift two cups of the flour with other dry ingredients. Add enough more of the flour to make a dough as soft as can be handled. Chill. Roll to a quarter of an inch in thickness. Cut, and bake in a moderate oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
