Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup prune pulp
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Beat egg whites until stiff, adding sugar gradually. Fold in prune pulp and add lemon juice. Serve very cold with Custard Sauce (see page 162). Servings, 4.
