Prune Whip

Ingredients

• 3 egg whites
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 cup prune pulp
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

1. 1Beat egg whites until stiff, adding sugar gradually. Fold in prune pulp and add lemon juice. Serve very cold with Custard Sauce (see page 162). Servings, 4.
