Potatoes in Cream

Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, cold boiled
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Speck pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 2/3 cup cream
Instructions
- Chop the potatoes, add the seasonings. Put into ramekins. Pour equal amounts of cream on to the mixture in each dish. Bake in moderately hot oven until delicately browned on top. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
