Peach Omelet

Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 5 tablespoons syrup from canned peaches
- Pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups sliced canned peaches
- Powdered sugar
Instructions
- Beat eggs slightly, add peach syrup and salt. Melt butter in a frying-pan and turn in egg mixture. Cook at a low temperature until browned underneath, about ten minutes, lifting occasionally to let the top part run under. Spread with sliced peaches. Fold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
