Ingredients
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 8 egg yolks
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Beat cream until stiff, add egg yolks and beat until well blended. Add salt. Melt butter in omelet-pan and turn in egg mixture. Cook slowly until brown on bottom, and place in a moderate oven until firm for 15 minutes at 325 degrees. Sprinkle with paprika.
