Add the milk and mix with a knife to keep the dough very light. In the bottoms of ramekins place halves of peaches, canned or fresh. On each put a tablespoon of the mixture and bake in a moderately hot oven. Serve with cream or milk, if fresh peaches are used. If the peaches are canned, serve with peach syrup. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 360 degrees.
