Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cracker rolled fine
- 1/4 pound nuts (chopped or ground)
- 2 egg whites
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except egg whites together. Add these, stiffly beaten, and fold them in gently. Bake in a shallow pan in a slow oven for 20 minutes at 250 degrees. When cool, cut in squares and pile in sherbet glasses. Top with whipped cream and a cherry. Servings, 5.
