Mushroom Chowder

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup kidney beans
- 1/2 cup diced potato
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced mushrooms
- 1 cup stock
- 1/2 cup cream or milk
- Clove and allspice to taste
- Salt, pepper
Instructions
- Soak beans overnight. Cook until half done. Add vegetables and stock and finish cooking. Add cream and seasonings. Serve hot in soup plates. Servings, 4.
