Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
Instructions
- Mix and sift dry ingredients. Beat egg until light, add water and evaporated milk, and beat again. Combine mixtures and beat hard for two minutes. Pour into muffin tins and bake in a moderately hot oven for 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
