Hazel Nut Filling
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup ground hazel nuts
- 1/4 cup ground pecan nuts
- 2 tablespoons pistachio nut meats
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cream or evaporated milk
Instructions
- Cream butter, add egg yolk, and stir until well mixed. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, nut meats, and cream drop by drop.
