In the morning drain off the liquor and put tomatoes through the food chopper, using a coarse knife. Put onions and peppers through grinder also. Mix vinegar and sugar, stir over fire until sugar dissolves, and bring to a boil. Add chopped mixture, and spices tied up in a cloth. Boil for five minutes, and simmer two hours. Pack in hot sterilized glass jars and seal.
