Ginger-Peach Conserve
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked dried peaches
- 1 cup seeded raisins
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 orange (juice and grated rind)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon preserved ginger
Instructions
- Chop peaches and raisins and cut ginger fine. Cook all ingredients together in double boiler until of the consistency of jam.
