Fried Chicken And Pineapple

Ingredients
- 5 slices pineapple
- Bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 6 ounce can chicken
Instructions
- Put slices of pineapple under a heavy weight and let stand until quite dry. Cut in pieces and dip in crumbs. Sauté in oil.
- When brown, add chicken cut in small pieces. Heat thoroughly before serving.
