French Pork Stew

Ingredients

• 1 pound lean fresh pork
• 2 cups diced potatoes
• 1 cup diced onion
• Water
• Salt, pepper

Instructions

1. 1Cut pork in small pieces, add potatoes, onions, and cover with water. Add salt and pepper to taste and cook slowly forty-five minutes.
