Date Pineapple Jelly

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon gelatine
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1/2 cup dates
- 1/4 cup blanched almonds
Instructions
- Soften gelatine in two tablespoons cold water. Bring rest of water, pineapple juice, and sugar to boiling point. Dissolve gelatine in the hot liquid and add lemon juice. Cool, and when it begins to thicken, stir in fruit and nuts, cut in small pieces. Turn into molds. Serve with whipped cream. Servings, 6.
