Creole Sauce No. 1
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 1/2 cups canned tomato
- 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
Instructions
- Cook onion and green pepper in the oil for five minutes. Add tomato, pimiento, sugar, and seasonings. Cook slowly until thick.
