Cranberry Conserve
Ingredients
- 1 quart cranberries
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 cup raisins
- 4 cups sugar
- 2 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup chopped nut meats
Instructions
- Run cranberries through food-chopper, add cold water and cook until soft. Add grapefruit and raisins finely chopped, sugar, and boiling water. Cook slowly until thick. Add nuts.
