Chocolate Filling

Ingredients

• 2 cups milk
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 squares chocolate
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

1. 1Scald milk. Mix sugar, flour, and salt, and add milk gradually. Add chocolate, grated, and cook in double boiler fifteen minutes, stirring constantly until thickened. Add egg slightly beaten and cook three minutes longer. Cool, and add vanilla.
