Ingredients
- 1 cup stoned red cherries
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon gelatine
- Juice of 1 orange
Instructions
- Scald cherries in water, add sugar, and gelatine softened in cold water. Cool and add orange juice. Freeze to a mush, and let stand several hours. Servings, 5.
