Caramel Frosting No. 1

Ingredients

• 1 egg white
• 2 tablespoons rich milk
• Brown sugar
• Cocoanut

Instructions

1. Beat egg white until it is very stiff and dry. Add rich milk, and enough sugar to make a mixture that will spread without running. After it has been spread on the cake sprinkle with cocoanut.
