Arrowroot Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon arrowroot
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 cup water
• 3 tablespoons lemon juice
• Grated nutmeg
• Salt

Instructions

1. 1Mix arrowroot and sugar, add cold water and stir over the fire until it thickens. Add lemon juice, nutmeg and salt.
