Arrowroot Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon arrowroot
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- Grated nutmeg
- Salt
Instructions
- Mix arrowroot and sugar, add cold water and stir over the fire until it thickens. Add lemon juice, nutmeg and salt.
