Yellow Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 cup milk
• 2 egg yolks
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract

Instructions

1. 1Heat milk, pour on to egg yolks beaten with sugar, and cook in double boiler until thick. Cool and add extracts.
