White Sauce (Medium)

Ingredients

• 2 cups milk
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 6 tablespoons flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. 1Scald the milk. Melt butter, add flour and blend thoroughly. Add milk gradually and bring to boiling point, stirring constantly. Add salt.
