- 2 cups diced cold potatoes
- 1 cup thin cream
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon minced parsley
Instructions
- Cover potatoes with cream and simmer fifteen minutes. Add celery, paprika, and parsley. Serve at once.
