Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 1 quart strawberries
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup milk
• 1 quart cream

Instructions

1. 1Cover berries with sugar, let stand for an hour and strain through a coarse cheese cloth. Mix the pulp with milk and strain again. Add cream and more sugar if desired. Freeze. Servings, 10.
