Ingredients
- 2 cups salmon
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Salt, pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 1/2 cups white sauce (medium)
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Into a buttered baking dish put alternate layers of flaked canned salmon, crumbs, and seasonings. Dot butter over the top layer, which should be of crumbs. If the dish is glass, put slices of the onion down the sides at regular intervals for garnish.
- Add the white sauce and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Garnish with sliced hard-cooked eggs.
