Scalloped Fish With Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 small onion
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup left-over creamed fish
- 1 cup chopped buttered carrots
- 1 cup cooked spaghetti
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Speck pepper
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
Instructions
- Remove seeds from pepper, chop with onion, and cook ten minutes in water. Add all the other ingredients except cheese. Put in a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
