Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup vinegar
- 3 pounds round steak
- 2 large onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 bay leaves
- 12 cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Pour water and vinegar over meat, slice onion over it, and add other ingredients. Allow to stand forty-eight hours, turning several times. Remove from the liquid and cook like a pot roast.
