Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup milk
• 2 teaspoons butter
• 1/2 cup vinegar
• 1 egg
• Salt
• Mustard

Instructions

1. 1Heat milk. Add the butter, vinegar, beaten egg, and seasoning. Cook until consistency of a custard, stirring constantly. This will keep a long time in a cool place.
