Ingredients
- 1 cup boiled rice
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- Grated rind of 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pint milk
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients in the order given, and bake in a moderate oven until light brown, in the oven for 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
