Rice Griddle Cakes

Ingredients

• 2 cups boiled rice
• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 egg yolks
• 2 cups milk
• 2 egg whites

Instructions

1. 1Put boiled rice through a sieve. Sift dry ingredients, add rice, beaten egg yolks and milk. Beat well and fold in last the stiffly beaten egg whites. Cook on a hot griddle.
