Mocha Cream Filling

Ingredients

• 1 cup milk
• 2 tablespoons ground coffee
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon flour
• 2 egg yolks beaten
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

1. 1Cook milk and coffee five minutes. Strain, pour over sugar and flour mixed together, and cook in double boiler fifteen minutes. Add beaten egg yolks and cook until thick. Cool, and add vanilla.
