Marguerites

Ingredients

• 1 egg white
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 tablespoons nut meats
• 12 crackers

Instructions

1. 1Beat egg white stiff, fold in sugar and add flavoring and nut meats. Spread on crackers and bake in a slow oven until slightly browned and crisp. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 300 degrees.
