Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons nut meats
- 12 crackers
Instructions
- Beat egg white stiff, fold in sugar and add flavoring and nut meats. Spread on crackers and bake in a slow oven until slightly browned and crisp. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 300 degrees.
