Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup chopped raisins
- 1 cup fruit syrup
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 egg whites
Instructions
- Boil water, sugar, nutmeg, and raisins for ten minutes. When cold, add fruit juices. Partially freeze, add the stiffly beaten egg whites and continue freezing. Servings, 8.
