Lemon Sauce No. 2

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons flour
• 4 tablespoons sugar
• Pinch salt
• 1 cup water
• 1 teaspoon lemon extract

Instructions

1. 1Stir flour, sugar, and salt together, add the water and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens slightly. Remove and add lemon extract. Serve hot.
