- French chops
- Soubise mixture (one-half cup bread crumbs, with three or more cooked and chopped onions, moistened with hot water and seasoned with salt and pepper)
- Bread crumbs
Instructions
- Broil French chops on one side until partly done. On the uncooked side spread Soubise mixture, made by mixing one-half cup bread crumbs, with three or more cooked and chopped onions, moistened with hot water and seasoned with salt and pepper. Cover the whole with bread crumbs. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
